Vegan Murtabak
Ingredients:
Ingredient A:
● Cabbage
● Capsicum
● Carrot
● Spring onion
● Onions
* Cut into thin slices
Ingredient B:
● 3 eggs
● 2 tablespoons of almond flour
● Meat curry spices
● Pepper
● Salt
* Mix well
Method:
1. Mix Ingredient B with Ingredient A. Use almond flour and eggs to make the batter stick together.
2. Heat some butter in a pan on medium heat.
3. Pour the batter into the pan and cook for a few minutes until the bottom looks crispy.
4. Flip it and continue cooking for a few minutes on the other side.
5. Pick up and ready to serve.
