Keto Egg Muffins


Ingredient A

6 eggs

1 teaspoon of mixed herbs

1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper


1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1-2 drops of Xeero

Ingredient B

2 onions, cut into cubes

8 chunks of white mushrooms

200 grams minced meat

6 sticks of crab sticks, sliced

10-12 shrimp

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Ingredient C

Cheddar cheese

1 stalk of red chilli, finely sliced

1-2 onion leaves, finely sliced



1. Preheat the oven to 180 C and grease a muffin pan and set aside.

2. Saute the onion with a little olive oil.

3. Add ingredient B, white pepper and garlic powder. Saute until cooked and set aside.

4. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add all ingredients A and stir together until well combined.

5. Grease a muffin tray with butter and gently pour in the ingredient B evenly into half of each cup. Then pour mixture A and next mixture B until full.

6. Put cheese on top of the batter and sprinkle with chilli and onion.

7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
