Keto Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

1 egg

1 cup of extra virgin olive oil

2 teaspoons of lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1-2 drops of Xeero

Method:

1. Put eggs, lemon juice, black pepper, salt and Xeero into a blender.

2. Grind slowly.

3. Continue blending at high speed and gradually pour in the olive oil.

4. Taste and adjust the flavor as needed.

5. Allow to set and thicken for 2 hours.

6. Store refrigerated.
